OS X Mavericks is now available...for free!

OS X Mavericks is now available for free as a software update and can also be located in the App Store. Many users have already gone through with the update and no major issues have been reported as of now. If you have been waiting to upgrade to Mavericks, feel free to go through with the update!

Please notice, with the update to Mavericks, there is a new version of iMovie. The old version of iMovie will remain since the new version’s interface is very different and may cause conflicts with projects started on the old version. I encourage you to test out the new version and once you feel comfortable, to stick with it.

Other changes you will notice:

- iBooks - You can now view books that you've downloaded on your iPad, iPhone, or iPod touch now on your laptop.

- Maps -    You can lookup directions on your Mac and send them directly to your iPhone.

- Tags -     Simply tags the files you want to organize together with a keyword such as "Science" or "English" then when you want to find those files, simply click on it in the Finder side bar or enter it in the search field.

In total there are 200+ with the new Mavericks OS. Download and enjoy!
